馆藏音像资料数字化建设与技术检查开发实践

摘要
音像资料是国家图书馆馆藏文献的重要组成部分,载体形式多样、内容丰富,受播放设备等因素的限制,不能被广泛使用,音像资料的数字化成为必然。文章结合国家图书馆的具体实践,从对象数据、元数据两个方面介绍了音像资料数字化的方法,希望能为其他图书馆的音像资料数字化工作提供建设性经验。笔者开发了技术检查工具,文章介绍了该工具的功能和技术要点,期望能为同类工作提供借鉴。
Audio-visual resources are an important part of collections of National Library of China,which have various forms of carriers and substantial contents.Limited by factors such as playback equipment,they can not be widely used.It is inevitable for audio-visual resources to be converted into digital ones.This paper introduces the digitization method of audio-visual resources mainly from the digitization of object data and metadata combining with the practice of the National Library of China,hoping to provide constructive experience for other libraries.The author developed a tool for technical inspection.This paper introduces the functions and technical points of the tool,hoping to provide some references for similar work.
