摘要

中国正在进入老龄社会,"养老经济"将成为未来消费热点。湖南湘潭经开区大力发展养老地产,积极开展政府购买居家养老服务。湘潭经开区通过构架起商业住宅区与社区居民居家养老的桥梁,率先抢占养老地产的"蓝海"。
        China is entering an aging society, and the "old-age economy" will become a hot consumption spot in the future. Xiangtan Economic and Technology Development Zone of Hunan vigorously develops pension real estate, and actively carries out the government's purchase of home-based pension services. Xiangtan Economic and Technology Development Zone has taken the lead in occupying the "Blue Sea" of pension real estate by building a bridge between commercial residential areas and community residents' home-based old-age care.
