摘要
地方本科院校如何使培养的人才符合地方产业发展的需要,是一个值得探讨的问题。传统的生物技术类人才培养模式过分强调理论课程的专业和研究的深度,由此造成了学生的知识面窄、实践操作能力不强,即"h"型,由于"h"型人才不能适应当今社会企业发展的需求。针对这一现状,以德州学院生物技术专业人才培养过去和现在实际运行状况为对象,在调查研究的基础上重点分析了传统模式存在的问题,并以此论证了推行"H"型人才培养模式的可行性、必要性。近年来,德州学院生物技术专业对实行新的"H"人才培养模式进行了探索和实践,并取得了一定的实效。
        It is a worthwhile exploring problem how to cultivate the application-oriented talents that meet the needs of local industry development scientifically and effectively in local applied undergraduate colleges. The depth of the professional curriculum and research were overemphasized in the traditional biotechnology talent training model,which results in the narrow knowledge of students and the lack of practical operation ability. That is the"h"type. The"h"type cannot adapting to the needs of the development of today's social enterprises. In response to this situation,based on the investigation and research,this paper focused on the problems existing in the traditional model,and demonstrated the feasibility and necessity of implementing the"H"type talent training model based on the investigation and research of the biotechnology professionals in Dezhou University. In recent years,the biotechnology major of Dezhou University has explored and practiced the implementation of the "H"training model and achieved certain results.
