摘要
某医药生产企业排放的废水具有成分复杂、COD浓度高、色度和毒性大等特点,综合考虑后采用IC+SBR联合处理工艺。实践表明,该工艺处理效果稳定可靠,出水各项指标全面达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准和《黄河流域(陕西段)污水综合排放标准》(DB 61/224—2011)的一级标准。
        The wastewater discharged from a pharmaceutical production enterprise has the characteristics of complex composition, high COD concentration, high chroma and toxicity, etc.According to the characteristics of the wastewater,IC and SBR combined process was adopted. The practical application results showed that the treatment efficiency of the technology was stable and reliable,the effluent water quality fully met the first level criteria in both Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996) and Standard for Comprehensive Discharge of Sewage in the Yellow River Basin (Shaanxi Section) (DB 61/224-2011).
