飞行学员飞行训练阶段实战化军体训练路径探析

摘要
飞行学员飞行训练阶段实战化军体训练应以未来作战对飞行学员要求为牵引,不断运用科学的体能训练理念带动实战化军体训练方法途径的创新,并把实战化军体训练作为一项打基础、管长远的任务来抓,让实战化军体训练的精髓内化为部队训练文化传承,并保证顺利高效完成实战化军体训练。为此提出了在飞行学员飞行训练阶段实战化军体训练中,应明确目标,增强训练实效,培养学员的训练主动性。
The combat-orientde training ways in the flight training stage of the pilot cadets should follow the new request of the future campaign,ceaselessly applying the scientific physical training ideal to promote its technique' s innovation,executing the training as a fundamental as well as far-reaching task.And turning essence into the cultural heritage of the air force,which is an important premise of fluently and efficiently fulfilling the combat-orientde military sports training.Several points which tend to be mastered for improving the pilot cadets' actual cambat military sports training during flight training are proposed.
