国外乡村建设对涪陵区实施乡村振兴战略的启示

摘要
乡村振兴战略的全面实施是基于新时代城乡之间不平衡不充分的社会发展这一历史现状,是解决当前社会主要矛盾、实现农业农村现代化的重大国家战略。世界各国在城市化进程中大多经历过乡村衰落问题,并形成了一系列经过实践检验切实可行的解决模式。把国外乡村建设成功经验应用于涪陵区乡村发展实际,有助于解决涪陵区在实施乡村振兴战略过程中面临的产业链不完整、产业结构单一、人才流失等问题。
The overall implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is based on the historical situation of unbalanced and insufficient social development between urban and rural areas in the new era. It is a major national strategy to solve the main social contradictions and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Most countries in the world have experienced rural decline in the process of urbanization, and formed a series of practical and feasible solutions. Applying the successful experience of foreign rural construction to the reality of rural development in Fuling District will help to solve the problems of incomplete industrial chain, single industrial structure and brain drain faced by Fuling District in the process of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.
