合作社参与产业扶贫的实现机制——收入流价格视角下的个案分析

摘要
合作社在产业扶贫过程中彰显出独到的作用,从收入流价格理论的视角能够看得更为透彻。农户的总收入由若干束收入流组成,贫困的原因则在于收入流数量过少,获得新的收入流需要新的要素投入,而要素投入的成本是贫困农户无法负担的。合作社将财政资金精准地转化为贫困农户所需的要素,得益于合作社的要素供给,入社贫困农户得到经营性收入、财产性收入、工资性收入和转移性收入等新收入流,摆脱贫困走向自我发展道路,案例分析也印证了这一作用机制。
Cooperatives play a unique role in the process of industrial poverty alleviation, it can be seen more thoroughly from the perspective of income current price theory. The total income of peasants is composed of a number of income currents, the reason for poverty is that the number of income currents is too small. Obtaining new income currents requires new production factors inputs, but the cost of factor input is unaffordable for poor peasants. Cooperatives accurately convert financial funds into the production factors needed by poor peasants.Thanks to the supply of production factors of the cooperative, the poor peasants who have entered the society receive new income currents such as operating income, property income, wage income and transfer income, get rid of poverty and move towards self-development. The case study in this paper also confirmed this mechanism.
