摘要
制动性是衡量赛车性能的一个重要指标,制动系统设计的合理性关乎赛车的发挥以及车手的人身安全。文章基于FSAE比赛规则,以2017年江苏大学参赛赛车的制动系统为例,使用matlab软件确定制动设计时的基本参数,包括前、后制动盘有效半径,前、后管路液压,踏板行程,并且通过其工具箱优化计算制动力分配系数。最终结果证明,得到的所有基本参数较为可靠,减少了人工反复运算的计算量,满足系统要求,对赛车制动系统设计有一定的指导意义。
        Brake performance is an important index to measure the performance of the racing car, and whether the design for the braking system is reasonable or not has a significant influence on the ability of the car and the personal safety of the driver. This text is based on FSAE competition rules, taking the braking system of the racing car of Jiangsu University in 2017 as an example. Basic parameterwas caculated by using matlab, including radius of front and rear brake discs,hydraulic pressure of front and rear tubes, travel of the brake padel. Also, power distribution coefficient was caculatedby its tool cabint. The final result proves that all the essential parameters are reliable and suit the system. This reduces manual computation and has some guiding significance to the design of a racing car.
