基于招聘信息的国外高校图书馆岗位需求变迁分析

摘要
通过对国外高校图书馆馆员招聘信息的分析,探索高校图书馆岗位职责的转变与发展趋势,以期为国内高校图书馆组织转型和图书馆专业人才培养模式的创新提供参考。使用文本挖掘的方法对2011年至2017年之间ACRL与IFLA发布的高校图书馆招聘广告进行分析,主要了解国外高校图书馆岗位设置情况和岗位变化特征。调查结果显示,国外高校图书馆招聘岗位热点稳中有变;图书馆岗位职责围绕服务-资源-技术展开,并不断拓宽服务范围。最后,从图书馆学专业人才培养和图书馆岗位设置以及图书馆服务转型等方面提供相关建议。
        By analyzing the recruitment information of librarians in foreign university libraries,this paper explored the transformation and development trends of job responsibility of university libraries,in order to provide reference for the organizational change of university libraries in China and the innovation of training mode of library professionals.This paper conducted research on recruiting information that posted on ACRL and IFLA websites from 2011 to 2017,and adopted the method of text mining to deeply analyze the situation of post setting and the characteristics of job transformation in foreign university libraries.The results show that the hotspots of the recruitment of foreign university libraries are stable with a slight changes;the job responsibilities of libraries focus on service-resource-technology,and constantly expand the scope of services.Finally,this paper provided some suggestions on the training of library professionals,the post setting and the service transformation of the library.
