国外图书馆智库服务现状与启示

摘要
通过对美国斯坦福大学胡佛中心图书馆、哈佛大学贝尔佛中心图书馆、普林斯顿大学科学与全球安全中心图书馆及瑞典斯德哥尔摩国际和平研究所图书馆智库服务现状进行梳理,总结其在基本定位、智库馆员、资源检索、参考咨询等方面的特点与经验,提出其对国内高校图书馆智库服务的启示,包括依据图书馆智库功能,精准定位智库服务;设置智库馆员岗位,注重智库服务人才队伍建设;优化资源检索,夯实智库资源支撑基础;完善参考咨询服务体系,提升智库服务能力等。
This paper summarizes the status, characteristics and experience of basic orientation, think tank librarians, resource retrieval and reference services of libraries, including American Hoover Institution Library, Archives of Stanford University, Belfer Center Library of Harvard University, Program on Science and Global Security Library of Princeton University and Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in Sweden, and this paper gives some enlightenments to domestic university library think tank service, including precisely positioning think tank service according to library think tank function, setting up post of think tank librarians, focusing on talent team construction of think tank service, resource retrieval, consolidating the resource support base of think tanks, perfecting the reference service system, improving the service capacity of think tanks.
