摘要
幼儿体育师资已成为影响幼儿体育发展的关键因素,笔者通过问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地考察法等研究方法,以福建省幼儿体育师资为研究对象,通过对教学需求方、师资素质提升、师资归属感三个方面对福建省幼儿体育师资困境进行梳理,通过增加幼儿体育教师的培养途径、学习借鉴国内外幼儿体育师资培养的经验、发挥地区优势解决幼儿体育师资培养困境、增加幼儿体育教师的培训机会、提高幼儿体育教师待遇、增进幼儿体育教师归属感等多维度来为福建省幼儿体育的发展寻找出路。
Pre-school sport teachers have become the key factors that affect the development of early childhood physical education. Through the methods of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field survey and so on,this paper studies the pre-school sport teachers in Fujian Province. It analyzes the teaching resource dilemma from 3 aspects--teaching demand, teacher quality improvement, and teachers ' sense of belonging.Countermeasures are discusses from the flowing aspects: increasing teachers cultivation approaches,learning from domestic and foreign experience, utilizing regional advantages to solve the difficult situation of teachers cultivation,offering more training opportunities for teachers,raising salaries,as well as enhancing their sense of belonging to find a way out for the development of pre-school sport in Fujian Province.
