基于药品临床疗效分级定价、调价设想与做法

摘要
通过阐述药品临床疗效及药品分级定价、调价的概念,提出有利于药品定价逐步趋于理性的基于药品临床疗效分级定价、调价设想以及做法,该定价、调价方式拉开了不同疗效级别药品的价格差距,充分体现了药品的核心价值,有利于医疗资源的优化配置,与以往的药品定价、调价方式相比,具有明显的科学性和优越性。
Based on the description of definition of clinical curative effective and drug classification pricing and price adjustment, this article puts forward the assumption and practice steps of pricing and price-adjusting, which is helpful to make the drug prices return to norm. Pricing and price-adjusting based on classification of drug clinical curative effect level widen differences in price according to difference in therapeutic effect. In contrast with other ways of pricing and price-adjusting,this way is more scientific and superior, which is advantageous to the optimal allocation of resources.
