摘要
汽车覆盖件模具是比较复杂的大型工艺装备,汽车覆盖件模具的制造质量和开发周期影响汽车生产的质量和开发周期,甚至汽车在市场上的竞争力。因此,汽车覆盖件模具生产效率和加工精度的提升受到重视。高速切削加工技术是21世纪先进制造技术之一,具有大进给量,高进给速度,高切削速度,以及小切削厚度和深度的特点,应用于汽车覆盖件模具的制造中,能够简化加工工序,降低生产成本,提高加工表面质量和加工精度,提升加工效率和水平。本文对高速切削加工技术进行探讨,更好地应用于汽车覆盖件模具制造中。
        Automobile cover mold is a relatively complex large-scale process equipment. The manufacturing quality and development cycle of automotive cover molds affect the quality and development cycle of automobile production, and even the competitiveness of the automobile in the market. The increase in the production efficiency and processing accuracy of automotive panel molds has received attention. Highspeed cutting technology is one of the 21 st century's advanced manufacturing technologies, with a large feed rate, high feed speed, high cutting speed, and a small cutting thickness and depth, used in the manufacture of automotive cover molds, capable of simplifying processing procedures, reducing production costs, improving surface quality and machining accuracy, and improving processing efficiency and level.This article discusses high-speed cutting technology for its better application in the manufacture of automotive panel molds.
