刘宏奇论治绝经综合征潮热汗出经验

摘要
绝经综合征潮热汗出是绝经综合征最典型的症状之一,多表现为潮热汗出,属中医"经断前后诸证"的范畴,影响广大绝经综合征患者的生活质量。导师刘宏奇教授多年来基于经断前后诸证"肾虚为本,阴阳失调"的基本病机,临证以补肾、调阴阳为基本治法,兼调心、肝、脾脏,不主张专用敛汗固涩之品,临床验证效果比较满意。文章从病因病机、辨证思路及治疗方法等方面对刘宏奇教授治疗绝经综合征潮热汗出进行总结。
Hot flushes the sweat out of the menopause syndrome is one of the most typical symptoms of menopause syndrome, more performance for hot flashes, khan belongs to the category of"all CARDS" before and after the broken of traditional Chinese medicine, affect the the quality of life of patients with menopausal syndrome. Tutor professor LIU Hongqi years based on the fault before and after the issuing of"kidney empty as this, imbalance of Yin and Yang"basic pathogenesis, therapy and clinical kidney, regulating Yin and Yang as the basic, and the heart, liver, spleen, not advocating for the folding of the sweating of acerbity, clinical effect is satisfactory. This paper summarizes professor LIU Hongqi's treatment of menopause sweat syndrome from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment.
