摘要
目的探讨256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像结合三维可视化重建技术对成人冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值。方法 22例冠状动脉瘘患者,均行256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像,并对原始CT图像行三维可视化重建技术,分析其临床和影像学资料。结果 22例患者中冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘17例,冠状动脉-上腔静脉瘘2例,冠状动脉-左心室瘘1例,冠状动脉-右心房瘘1例,冠状动脉-冠状静脉窦瘘合并冠状动脉-支气管动脉瘘1例;22例中伴动脉瘤形成16例(72.7%),17例冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘伴动脉瘤形成12例(70.6%)。结论冠状动脉血管成像结合三维可视化技术能直观、准确显示冠状动脉瘘的影像学特征,可作为诊断冠状动脉瘘的首选方法。
        Objective To investigate the value of 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography combined with three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technique to the diagnosis of adult coronary artery fistula. Methods Twenty-two patients with coronary artery fistula underwent 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technique was performed on the original CT images. The general data and morphologic features were analyzed. Results The examination results included coronary-pulmonary artery fistula in 17 patients, coronary artery to superior vena cava fistula in 2, coronary artery to left ventricle fistula in 1, coronary artery to right atrium fistula in 1, and coronary artery to coronary sinus fistula combined with coronary to bronchial artery fistula in 1. In 22 patients, 16 were complicated with aneurysms(72.7%). In 17 patients with coronary-pulmonary artery fistula, 12 were complicated with aneurysms(70.6%). Conclusion CT coronary angiography combined with three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technology can intuitively and accurately display the morphologic features of coronary artery fistula, and can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of coronary artery fistula.
