预制混凝土构件的常见质量缺陷与修复措施

摘要
预制混凝土构件作为装配式建筑的重要组成单元,对整个装配式建筑的质量有重要的影响。结合预制构件在工厂化生产、运输、安装过程中可能出现的问题进行探讨,并对构件的质量缺陷的成因与不良影响进行分析与总结。最后,结合工程实际,提出相应的预防与修补方法,从而可以有效的避免构件的质量缺陷,提升成品构件的质量。
Precast concrete members are an important part of prefabricated buildings,and they also has an important influence on the quality of the entire prefabricated building.It discusses problems that may occur in the process of factory production,transportation and installation.It also analyzes and summarizes the causes and negative impacts of the quality defects of precast members.Finally,series of repair methods were proposed based on working practice,which could eliminate the defects and improve the quality of precast members effectively.
