穴位按摩对初产妇产程及镇痛效果影响的观察

摘要
目的主要围绕穴位按摩对初产妇振动效果和产程的影响进行具体研究。方法我院在2016年7月至2018年7月之间对符合标准的初产妇进行选择,共选取初产妇80例,并按照每组40例将其平均分成研究组和对照组,其中对照组使用常规型的护理方法,而研究组则是在常规护理的基础上实施穴位按摩,最终对两组初产妇的镇痛效果、产程以及新生儿质量进行对比分析。结果通过对比初产妇的产程和新生儿质量进行比较,研究组要明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而且相比于对照组,研究组在镇痛效果上也具有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论较之常规护理方法,穴位按摩法的护理效果更加突出,有必要进行大范围的推广和应用。
Objective To study effect of acupoint massage on vibration effect and labor process of primipara. Methods Choose 80 cases primipara conforming to standard in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018. Divide them into study group and control group in average, 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing method, and study group with acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing. Compare and analyze analgesic effect, labor process and neonates quality of two groups. Results Birth process of primipara and newborn quality of study group was significantly better than control group(P< 0.05), and analgesic effect of study group had obvious advantages,(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage nursing method has more prominent effect than routine nursing methods,, which is necessary to promote and apply in wide range.
