摘要

数字货币是现代金融发展的必然趋势,为了推动数字货币的发展,本文运用规范的分析方法,从货币层次、发行数量、技术支撑、发行主体分析了数字货币的发行机制,最后提出了数字货币发行过程中的制度保障。具体是:加强法律保护、加大宏观管理力度、利用大数据分析提升技术能力、进一步完善区块链技术。
        Digital money is the inevitable trend of modern financial development. In order to promote the development of digital money, this paper uses normative analysis methods to analyze the issuing mechanism of digital money from the aspects of currency level, issuing quantity, technical support and issuing subject.Finally, it puts forward the system guarantee in the process of issuing digital money. Specifically, we can strengthen legal protection, strengthen macro-management, use big data analysis to enhance technological capabilities, and further improve block chain technology.
