摘要
应用型人才已成为多数地方高校人才培养的目标,但地方院校的办校条件往往不足。在多年《功能食品学》教学实践的基础上,本文提出通过改变认识改进教学模式来弥补软硬件的不足,使学生最大程度地被工程化教育,以助我国功能食品专业工程教育的深度推进。
        Today to cultivate application-oriented talents has been a mainstream in higher teaching institutions,but local universities have disadvantage on equipments and teachers.Based on the teaching practice of "Functional Food Science" for many years,we hope to change teaching model up to engineering education for students,and at the same time,the engineering education concept of teachers is higher requested in class.Based of more and more doctors working on education,it is promising for the good progress of engineering education in our country.
