中国地区生态效率的空间特征及收敛性分析

文章利用共同前沿方向距离函数和Bootstrap-DEA纠偏方法测算中国省级行政辖区生态效率,并利用空间自相关检验方法对省级行政辖区生态效率的空间特征进行分析和判断,最后利用动态空间计量方法对其收敛性特征进行检验。研究结果发现:近年来中国生态效率水平依然较低,许多省份的生态效率低至0.50以下,还有一些省份的生态效率甚至低至0.20以下。中国各省份的整体生态效率水平不仅较低而且还存在着严重的地区差异性。从全国数据的估计结果看,中国地区生态效率呈β条件收敛。
        This paper calculates the ecological efficiency of provincial administrative districts in China by using the directional meta-distance function and Bootstrap-DEA correction method. We use spatial autocorrelation test to analyze and judge the spatial characteristics of ecological efficiency in provincial administrative areas in China and finally,we use dynamic spatial econometric method to test its convergence characteristics. The results show that: in recent years,the level of ecological Chinese efficiency is still low,the ecological efficiency of many provinces below 0. 50,and the ecological efficiency of some provinces even below 0. 20.The overall ecological efficiency level of China's provinces is not only low,but also contains serious regional differences. According to the estimation results of the national data,the ecological efficiency of China shows β conditional convergence.

    (1)也有一些研究将环境变量作为非合意产出,进行环境效率的评价。但究竟是应该环境变量作为投入还是产出,目前学术界并未得到一致结论(Dyckhoff和Allen,2001;Seiford和Zhu,2002)[3-4]。
    (1)Picazo-Tadeo等(2012)[2]认为环境压力下的共同技术满足如下的一些性质:(1)经济增加值生产的过程中必然伴随着对环境的压力;(2)经济增加值作为产出具有自由可处置性;(3)环境压力下的共同技术集合具有凸性。
