摘要
设计与生产了一种双面异效的三层绡类提花丝织物。从织物的组织结构、纹样设计、原料选用与配合、工艺规格等方面进行探讨。通过设计合理的组织结构和抛道区域,将织物设计为双面异效、两层和三层相间出现的绡类丝织物。双层结构采用的是层袋织,三层结构的上下层为单层组织,中间为抛道纬浮长。应用该方法制得的绡类丝织物具有双面异效,手感特殊,色彩丰富且具有层次感。
        Three-layer silk gauze fabric with double-sided effect is designed and produced. The organization design of the fabric, pattern design, selection and cooperation of raw materials, fabric specification and so on are discussed. By using a reasonable organization structure and throwing area, the gauze silk fabric is designed with a double-sided effect, or two-and three-layered. Two-layer areas are designed as tubular weaves, three-layer areas are designed as a single-layer structure on the upper and lower layers and weft float line on the middle. The designed fabric with a double-sided effect has special handle of raw gauze, which has a great market.
