结合文化传承谈历史建筑的修复与再利用——以青岛水兵俱乐部更新为例

文章首先介绍青岛原水兵俱乐部修复和再利用项目,并以此为案例展开,从历史建筑初衷出发探索真正属于城市生活、文化与新型产业相互结合的相关问题。对于历史建筑还原其本源特点,其更新过程如何传承历史文化与适应当下时代发展充满了矛盾。青岛水兵俱乐部作为中国现存最早的电影院,对其进行保护与更新的过程开辟了更多新旧对话的途径,使历史建筑的文化价值在空间环境与行为体验中得以表达与传承。文章强调历史建筑的修复再生与创意更新,以"旧"的面貌、"新"的模式面向公众,使其重新成为一个城市文化延续与演变过程中的重要组成部分,就是对历史真正的尊重以及对当代社会发展的良好诠释。
By introducing the restoration and adaptive reuse of the former Qingdao Sailor Club, this paper opens discusses the combination of urban life, culture and new industries from the original intention of building the architecture. In the process of updating, it is full of conflicts in inheriting the history culture and adapting to the development of the present times for historical buildings to restore their original characteristics. As the earliest movie theater in China, the protection and renewal of the former Qingdao Sailor Club has brought about more communication between the new and the old, so that the cultural value of historical buildings can be expressed and transmitted in space environment and behavior experience. This paper also points out the historical building is regenerated and updated to the public in a "new" style of "old" appearance.To make it an important part of the continuation and evolution of a city's culture is a real respect for history and a good interpretation of the development of contemporary society.
