单硝酸异山梨酯联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛效果观察

摘要
目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月冠心病心绞痛患者112例,依据用药方案分为对照组与观察组,每组56例。对照组采用单药(单硝酸异山梨酯)治疗,观察组采用联合用药方案(单硝酸异山梨酯+阿托伐他汀)治疗,比较两组炎性指标[超敏-C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]以及临床症状与预后。结果治疗28 d,观察组Hs-CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心脏事件死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者通过单硝酸异山梨酯与阿托伐他汀联合治疗,可有效减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状,利于减少预后风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate combined with atorvastatin on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 112 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated from January 2016 to January 2018,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the medication plan, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single drug(isosorbide mononitrate), and the observation group was treated with combination regimen(isosorbide mononitrate + atorvastatin). Inflammatory markers [hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6)], clinical symptoms and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After 28 days of treatment, the levels of Hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the duration of angina pectoris was shorter, the frequency of angina pectoris attack was less than that in the control group, and the mortality of cardiac events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Isosorbide mononitrate combined with atorvastatin can effectively alleviate inflammation, alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
