某貉场大肠杆菌病的诊断与药敏试验

摘要
2018年12月,黑龙江省哈尔滨市某规模化貉养殖场发生死亡,为了确诊其病因,对其死亡的貉进行解剖检查,采集病料进行细菌分离鉴定,同时进行生化试验、PCR鉴定和药敏试验等。剖检结果表明:肝脏肿大、胆囊充盈、肠外膜出血、肺部结节等;生化结果表明:符合大肠杆菌生化特性;PCR结果表明:引物能有效扩增大肠杆菌Sta基因;药敏结果表明:大肠杆菌对哌拉西林、米诺环素高敏,对头孢唑林、妥布霉素中敏。说明该貉养殖场细菌污染严重,本研究为该貉养殖场貉的死亡病因分析和防治提供了指导。
        In December 2018, a large-scale cockroach farm in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province died. In order to confirm the cause of the disease, the cockroaches of the cockroaches were dissected, and the disease materials were collected for bacterial isolation and identification. At the same time, biochemical experiments, PCR identification and drug susceptibility were carried out. Tests, etc. The results of necropsy showed: hepatomegaly, gallbladder filling, intestinal epithelial hemorrhage, pulmonary nodules, etc. Biochemical results showed that, in line with the biochemical characteristics of E. coli. PCR results showed that primers can effectively amplify the E. coli Sta gene. Drug susceptibility results shows that Escherichia coli is highly sensitive to piperacillin and minocycline, and sensitive to cefazolin and tobramycin. This indicates that the bacterial contamination of the alfalfa farm is serious. This study provides guidance for the cause analysis and prevention of death in the alfalfa farm.
