静宁颗粒治疗气阴两虚型儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的临床观察

摘要
目的观察静宁颗粒治疗气阴两虚型儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的临床效果,并与静灵口服液进行疗效比较。方法将54例气阴两虚型注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿随机分为2组,治疗组27例口服中药静宁颗粒,对照组27例服用静灵口服液治疗,疗程均为8周,观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、多动指数、划消试验、注意力缺陷多动障碍量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)以及相关安全指标的变化,比较2组疗效,记录不良反应发生情况。结果 54例患儿中,脱落4例,剔除2例,共48例完成临床观察。治疗组患儿临床治疗总有效率为92%,对照组为87%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分、划消测验、多动指数均有明显改善,且治疗组中医次证面色不华改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗后注意缺陷多动障碍量表积分均明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组此项积分改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论静宁颗粒治疗气阴两虚型小儿多动症具有较好临床疗效和安全性,其疗效与静灵口服液相当,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Jing Ning granule in the treatment of children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) with Qi-Yin deficiency type.Methods 48 cases of children with ADHD with Qi-Yin deficiency type were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group(n=27) treated with Jingning granule and control group(n=27)treated with Jingling oral liquid,both treatment courses were 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,hyperactivity index,draw pin test,SNAP-Ⅳ scores and the related safety indexes before and after treatment were observed,adverse reactions were recorded and curative effects were compared in both groups.Results In 54 children,4 cases were lost,2 cases were removed,48 cases finally completed this clinical observation.The clinical total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 87% in the control group,the difference was not significant compared with each group(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,hyperactivity index,results of draw pin test were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of secondary syndrome of lusterless complexion was better in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of SNAP-IV were improved significantly in treatment group(P<0.05),but not obviously improved in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingning granule has good curative effect and safety i the treatment of children ADHD with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,its curative effect looks almost the same as Jingling oral liquid and is worthy of further research.
