口腔扁平苔藓疾病与心理人格生活质量之间的关系

摘要
目的:探讨精神应激与人类口腔扁平苔藓疾病(OLP)的关系。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对OLP患者(n=50)和正常人群(n=50)进行焦虑、抑郁情况进行评估,同时检测两人群中血清相关指标,并进行2组比较。结果:OLP患者组和对照组性别和年龄无统计学差异(P>0.05);病例组SAS及SDS得分均高于对照组,5-HT水平、 NE水平低于对照组(P<0.05), ACTH水平、 CORT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:OLP影响了患者的口腔健康,患者存在焦虑和抑郁等心理障碍,应注重心理疏导和治疗。
Objective: To explore the relationship between mental stress and human oral lichen planus disease(OLP). Methods: The Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of OLP patients(n=50) and normal subjects(n=50). Serum-related indicators in both groups were tested and compared between the 2 groups. Results: There was no significant difference of sex and age frequency between the 2 groups(P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of OLP group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of 5-HT and NE were lower, ACTH and CORT were higher in OLP group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: OLP patients have psychological disorders. Psychological counseling and treatment in should be stressed for OLP patients.
