我国东部省份物流业发展对制造业效率的影响

摘要
受2008年金融危机影响,我国经济增长持续回落的同时制造业越来越集中于东南沿海省份,而制造业以低产业附加值位点嵌入全球价值链参与国际竞争,因此,以物流业发展促进制造业生产效率的提高成为我国转变经济发展方式的可行模式。本文分析了物流业对制造业影响的机制,以我国东部地区11个省份2005-2016年的面板数据验证物流业发展与制造业经济效率之间的关系,结论为:物流业的发展会显著地促进东部省份制造业效率的提升;政策环境方面物流业对制造业效率的提升在统计上不显著,而东部省份城市化水平的提高则会阻碍物流业的外溢效应对制造业效率的提高。最后,建议物流业的发展应以互联网为基础,注重技术、信息的投入和人才的培养,通过推动物流业发展来提升制造业经济效率。
Due to the impacts of the financial crisis in 2008, China's economic growth has been falling continuously while manufacturing industry is increasingly concentrated in the southeastern coastal provinces. The manufacturing industry of China is embedded into the global value chain to participate in the international competition with the low added-value. Therefore, the promotion of the improvement of manufacturing industry efficiency by means of the development of logistics industry has become a feasible model for China to transform the mode of economic development. This paper analyzes the mechanism of logistics industry's effect on manufacturing industry, and verifies the relationship between logistics industry development and economic efficiency of manufacturing industry with the panel data of 11 provinces in eastern region of China from 2005 to 2016. The conclusion is as follows: the logistics industry development will significantly promote the improvement of manufacturing industry efficiency in eastern provinces; and in terms of policy environment, the improvement of manufacturing industry efficiency by means of logistics industry is not statistically significant while the improvement of urbanization level in eastern provinces may hinder the improvement of manufacturing industry efficiency by means of logistics spillover effect. Finally, it suggests that the logistics industry development should be based on the Internet, pay attention to the input into technology and information and talent training, and improve the economic efficiency of manufacturing industry by promoting the logistics industry development.
