摘要
水平井分段多簇体积压裂推动了非常规油气藏开发的技术革命,暂堵压裂通过开启复杂缝网提高改造体积成为致密油提高单井产量的重要技术手段。鄂尔多斯盆地致密油资源丰富,具有低渗、低压、低丰度特点,目前使用的暂堵剂在致密油水平井储层改造过程中承压差、难降解、储层伤害大,实施效果不理想。根据该盆地致密油储层特征和工艺改造需求,通过生物可降解脂肪族聚内酯合成与生物小分子降解促进剂优选,开发了一种中低温可降解暂堵剂。室内性能评价表明,暂堵剂相对密度适中,具有良好的热稳定性、机械力学性能、封堵性能、降解性能。现场矿藏试验暂堵转向效果良好,改造体积明显提高,在致密油水平井分段多簇体积压裂中表现出良好的适用性,为非常规油气藏高效开发积累了宝贵经验。
        The horizontal well multi-cluster volumetric fracturing brings about a technological revolution in the development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. Temporary plugging and fracturing is an important technical means to increase the volume of compact oil by increasing the volume of compaction through further opening complex seams. The Ordos Basin is rich in tight oil resources, and the reservoir has the characteristics of low permeability, low pressure and low abundance. The temporary plugging agent currently used in the process of reservoir reform of tight oil horizontal wells shows pressure difference, refractory degradation and high damage to the reservoir. The implementation effect is not satisfactory. According to the characteristics of tight oil reservoirs and process modification in the Ordos Basin, a medium-low temperature degradable temporary plugging agent was developed through biodegradable aliphatic polylactone synthesis and biomolecular degradation promoter. The indoor performance evaluation shows that the temporary plugging agent has a moderate specific gravity and has good thermal stability, mechanical properties,plugging performance and degradation performance. The on-site mineral test has a good steering effect and a significant improvement in the volume of the reformation. It has shown good applicability in the segmental multi-cluster volume fracturing of tight oil horizontal wells, and accumulated valuable experience for the efficient development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
