浅议园林绿化项目投标中的趋势和问题

摘要
园林绿化项目投标在近年的发展过程中由简单到复杂,在投标过程中逐步产生了由单项分开向综合性过度的趋势,人工含量日益下降,施工机械渐趋复杂,技术标分值占比下降,报价趋向成本化越来越明显。而且投标过程中也发现了许多亟待解决的复杂问题,作为行业的参与者和重要的实施载体,施工单位需要做好相应的对策,分析问题并协助管理部门共同解决问题,促进园林绿化行业更有效率地发展。
