摘要
针对电机电流在线无损检测技术的基本原理、曲线特性、判定方法作了简介,对电机故障电流变化与解锁机构失效关系进行论证。通过对塞拉门解锁驱动电机电流检测失效预测,及时发现解锁机构电机内部缺陷及解锁部件运行故障预测非常有效,对降低车辆的塞拉门故障率起到积极有效的预防作用。
        In this paper, the basic principle, curve characteristics and determination method of online nondestructive testing technology of motor current are introduced, and the relationship between the change of motor fault current and the failure of unlocking mechanism is demonstrated. It is very effective to detect the internal defects of the unlocking mechanism motor and to predict the operating faults of the unlocking components in time through the failure prediction of the current detection of the unlocking drive motor of the sliding door, which plays an active and effective role in preventing the failure rate of the sliding door of the vehicle.
