新时期法学教育的三个基本哲学问题

摘要
当前我国法学教育面临着三个基本哲学问题:法学教育如何"不忘初心",法学教育如何提高"获得感",法学教育如何实现"命运共同体"。"不忘初心"是法学教育的价值追求问题,是法学教育的出发点,也是终点。"获得感"是法学教育的目标问题,能够找寻法学教育的有效路径。"命运共同体"是法学教育的人文力问题,能够提高法学教育的成长性。正确把握新时期法学教育的三个基本哲学问题,对于理解法学教育的过去、现状以及未来,在品质层面提高法学教育的质量与水平具有重要的理论与实践意义。
The law education is facing three basic philosophical questions. How does the law education "remain to our original aspiration" ? How does the law education improve the "sense of acquisition" ? How does the law education realize the "community of destiny" ? "Remain true to our original aspiration" is the value pursuit of law education, which is the starting and ending point of law education. "Sense of acquisition" is the goal of law education, which is the effective path of law education. "Community of destiny" is the human force of law education, which can improve the growth of law education. To correctly master the three basic philosophical questions can make us understand the past, the present and the future of the law education, which has important meaning of the theory and practice for improving the quality and standard of the law education.
