土压平衡箱涵掘进机的设计研究

摘要
为解决管幕箱涵工程中,大断面箱涵推进阶段正面土压力平衡失稳导致的管幕体系失效的问题,依托上海市田林路下穿中环线地道工程,设计1台土压平衡箱涵掘进机用于箱涵推进施工,并介绍箱涵掘进机的设计条件、主要参数选择,壳体结构受力分析和应用情况及效果。研究结果表明:1)土压平衡箱涵掘进机通过正面土压力的平衡有利于地面沉降控制; 2)通过SolidWorks三维平台对箱涵掘进机的壳体进行建模受力分析,得出结构设计完全能够满足施工荷载条件; 3)箱涵掘进机的姿态控制主要依靠已完成的管幕作为导向,并通过同步推进系统调整箱涵左右行程偏差; 4)刀盘配置存在切削盲区,在加固区施工过程中会造成推力过大。
        During the jacking of large cross-section pipe curtain box-culvert, the instability of earth pressure on tunneling face often causes failure of pipe curtain system. As a result, an earth pressure balanced box-culvert tunneling machine is designed for jacking construction of Tianlin Road crossing underneath Central Ring Road in Shanghai. The design conditions and main parameters selection of box-culvert tunneling machine, stress analysis of shell structure and its application and effect are introduced. The results show that:(1) The balance of front earth pressure of box-culvert tunneling machine is conducive to surface settlement control.(2) The force analysis results of shell structure of box-culvert tunneling machine by SolidWorks 3 D platform indicates that the structural design can fully meet the construction load conditions.(3) The attitude control of box-culvert tunneling machine mainly relies on the completed pipe curtain as guidance, and the deviation can be adjusted by synchronous jacking system.(4) The cutting blind area in the cutterhead configuration will cause excessive jacking force in the construction process of reinforcement area.
