摘要

为有效促进陆军运输勤务营运输保障能力提高,通过分析运输勤务营的合成特性和运输保障能力系统构成,阐述运输勤务营运输保障能力生成基本原理,研究运输勤务营运输保障能力生成机制,包括系统要素功能素质提升机制、系统结构优化机制和外部环境适应机制,指出运输勤务营作为运输领域的合成营,用系统的方法来分析运输保障能力生成问题更符合其合成特性。
        To effectively elevate transportation support capability of army transportation service battalions,the paper analyzes the combination features and system composition of transportation support capability,explains the generation principle,and studies the generation mechanisms such as element function promotion,structure optimization and adaptation to outside environment. It suggests that the systematical analysis of capability generation is more suitable for combination characteristics of transportation service battalion.
