一起猪非典型瘟病毒感染的诊断

摘要
2017年8月四川省某规模化猪场出现临产母猪产弱子、发抖、死胎,且死胎率达30%,哺乳仔猪成活率明显降低,其中以全身性或局部性阵发痉挛为典型症状。用RT-PCR扩增及序列分析确诊该猪场感染了一种新型的猪非典型瘟病毒(APPV)。这是四川省首次检测到并报道APPV,可为该病的研究和防控提供了一定的参考。
During August of 2017,the parturient sows produced the weak-born,trembling,stillbirth piglets with the 30% of stillbirth rate,and the suckling piglets had obviously reduced survival rate in a large-scale pig farm in Sichuan province.The typical symptom was systemic or localized paroxysmal spasm.In this study,we used RT-PCR amplification and sequencing analysis to identify the disease.The result indicated that the diseased piglets were infected with a novel atypical porcine pestivirus(APPV).This is the first time to detect and report APPV in Sichuan province,which will provide a reference for the research and prevention of the disease.
