摘要
螺纹钢管是以热镀锌钢带或覆塑热镀锌钢带为基材,经多组轧辊滚压波纹、螺旋缠绕、咬口连接成型制得的管材,其管壁为类似正弦曲线形式。为了确定螺纹钢管的主要力学性能参数,参考有关国内外资料,采用三角函数、微积分等数理分析手段,推导出正弦曲线管壁截面的各力学性能参数的计算公式。以此计算得出常用管径对应1LW、2LW、3LW三种螺纹型式的主要力学性能参数,具体数值已列于《埋地排水用螺纹钢管管道工程技术规程》(CECS T/491-2017)的附录A,供工程设计使用。为更好地帮助设计人理解和使用规程,特别是遇到非常用管径时如何进行设计,特此介绍螺纹钢管主要力学性能参数计算公式及推导过程。
        The helical corrugated steel pipe which is made of hot-dip galvanized steel or hot-dip galvanized steel tape, is formed by multi roller rolling corrugation, spiral twine, and bite connection, and its wall is a sine curve. In order to determine the main mechanical properties parameters of the helical corrugated steel pipe, the data at home and abroad were reffered, the mathematical analysis methods, such as trigonometric function and calculus were adopted, and the calculation formula of the mechanical properties parameters of the sine curve pipe wall was derived. Based on this calculation, the main mechanical properties parameters of common pipe diameters corresponding to the threads of 1 LW, 2 LW and 3 LW were obtained. The specific values were listed in Appendix A of Technical Specification for Helical Corrugated Steel Pipe of Buried Sewerage Engineering( CECS T/491-2017) which should be referenced by engineering design. In order to help designers better understand the technical specification, especially how to design when they meet with unusual diameter, this paper introduced the calculation formula and the derivation of the main mechanical properties parameters of helical corrugated steel pipe.
