基于行动学习提升高职学生学习能力的研究

摘要
培养学生的学习能力就是培养他们从"不会学习"到"学会学习",行动学习模式有助于提升学习能力,行动学习的四个要素包括发现问题、组建小组、共同学习以及反思反馈对于提升学习能力有着重要的影响,通过建立小组档案、个人学习报告以及小组评价的手段可以保障行动学习顺利实施,最后通过教师、学生参与行动学习的积极性以及学生的学习成绩两个维度、三个方面可以针对行动学习提升学习能力的效果进行评价。
Developing students' ability of learning is to help them to know how to learn, while action learning mode helps to enhance the ability to learn. The four elements of action learning are finding the problem, forming a group, mutual learning and feedback, which has an important impact on the improvement of learning ability. Through the establishment of group archives,personal learning reports and group evaluation methods, the smooth implementation of action learning can be ensured, and finally by the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in action learning and students' grades, the evaluation on the effect of action learning in improving learning ability can be carried out.
