摘要
直升机所搭载的涡轴发动机在运转过程中由于长期受到旋翼下洗气流的影响,灰尘杂质非常容易进入发动机的内部气流通道并在叶片或通道内形成沉积物,容易导致发动机功率下降,喘振和超温等故障。定期或视情地对发动机进行清洗维护能够有效地提高发动机的可靠性,对延长其使用寿命也具有重要意义。因此,在日常维护中,发动机的清洗技术已经成为一项重要的维护措施。
        During the operation of the turbo-shaft engine carried by the helicopter, due to the long-term influence of the downwash airflow of the rotor, dust impurities can easily enter the internal air-flow passage of the engine and form deposits in the blade or passage, which can easily cause faults of the engine, such as engine power drop, surge and over-temperature. Cleaning and maintenance of the engine regularly or on condition can effectively improve the reliability of the engine, and it is also of great significance for prolonging the service life of the engine. Therefore, in daily maintenance, engine cleaning technology has become an important maintenance measure.
