六君子汤辅助丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫临床观察

摘要
目的将六君子汤辅助丙戊酸钠应用于小儿癫痫的临床治疗中,评估及观察临床疗效。方法实验分析资料来自于2014年4月—2017年9月诊治的60例癫痫患儿,参考用药差异性实行分组,单纯丙戊酸钠治疗方法用于对照组患儿(30例),六君子汤辅助丙戊酸钠治疗方法用于观察组患儿(30例),分析及研究2组患儿的治疗有效合计率、不良反应率。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率96. 67%和对照组患儿73. 33%比较,P <0. 05,差异有统计学意义,观察组患儿的不良反应率3. 33%和对照组患儿6. 67%比较,P> 0. 05,差异无统计学意义。结论在小儿癫痫的临床治疗中采用六君子汤辅助丙戊酸钠能够获得较好的临床疗效,存在应用安全性,展示出临床应用价值。
Objective To apply Liujunzi decoction to help the clinical treatment of pediatric epilepsy and to evaluate and observe its clinical effect. Methods The experimental analysis of this article from April 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital for inclusion and diagnosis and treatment of 60 cases of epilepsy children,they were divided into two group with the reference drug differences in the implementation. The simple sodium valproate treatment was used in the control group( n = 30). Liujunzi decoction auxiliary sodium valproate was used in the observation group( n = 30). Analysis and study of two groups of children's effective treatment of total rate of adverse reactions was carried out. Results The effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 96. 67% and 73. 33% respectively P < 0. 05,and there had statistical significance. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group and the control group was 3. 33% and 6. 67% respectively P >0. 05,and there had no statistical significance. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric epilepsy,the use of Liujunzi decoction auxiliary sodium valproate can obtain better clinical efficacy,there is application of safety,and demonstrates the clinical value.
