腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的临床效果观察

摘要
目的观察并探讨腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年7月～2018年7月期间收治的122例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,将其随机分为对照组与实验组,两组患者人数相同各61例,实验组与对照组分别给予腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术与传统手术治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果实验组患者术中出血量、住院时间、患者对切口瘢痕满意度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺良性肿瘤的临床治疗中实施腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术具有显著效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of benign thyroid tumors. Methods A total of 122 patients with benign thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The number of patients in the two groups was the same in 61 cases. The experimental group and the control group were respectively The laparoscopic assisted small incision surgery and traditional surgical treatment were given to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time, and patient satisfaction with incision scar were significantly better than the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of laparoscopic small neck incision in the clinical treatment of benign thyroid tumors has significant effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
