高峰矿105号矿体深部安全开采与岩层控制技术研究

摘要
高峰矿105号矿体深部采深达1200m,水平应力较大。前期开采引起岩体破坏,矿柱普遍应力集中明显。针对105号矿体深部开采存在地压与岩爆灾害隐患的问题,开展了岩层控制与优化开采研究。通过岩石力学实验,进行岩爆倾向性试验研究,测定了岩石弹性变形能指数,结合现场条件判定岩爆倾向性。实验结果表明,深部矿体具有中等程度岩爆倾向性。现场开展了工程地质调查,采用数值模拟分析了深部矿压现状及发展趋势。对采空区进行胶结充填,对围岩采取锚杆加金属网支护,在破碎矿段采用条块后退式回采,对深部中段较厚大矿体采用中深孔开采,有效解决了顶板管理难题。在深井开采高应力环境下,采取合理的采场结构参数,优化回采顺序,实现了安全开采。
        The mining depth of No.105 ore body in Gaofeng Mine is 1200 m,and the horizontal stress is large.The preexploitation resulted in destruction of rock mass and obvious stress concentration in pillars.In view of the hidden dangers of ground pressure and rock burst in deep mining of No.105 ore body,the study of rock strata control and optimized mining was carried out.Through the rock mechanics experiments,the rock burst tendency test was carried out,and the parameters such as elastic deformation energy index of the rock were determined,and the rock burst tendency was estimated according to the site conditions.The experimental results showed that the deep ore body had a moderate rock burst tendency.Then,the engineering geological survey was carried out on site,the status and development trend of deep mine pressure were analyzed by numerical simulation.Furthermore,the goafs were cemented and filled,and the surrounding rocks were supported by bolts and metal mesh.Strip backward mining was used in fractured ore section and medium-deep hole mining was used for thicker and larger orebodies in deep middle section.Those measures effectively solved the problem of roof management.In the high stress environment of deep mining,safety mining would be realized by adopting reasonable stope structure parameters and optimizing the mining sequence.
