碰撞过程中存在的颤振粘滑驱动

摘要
在碰撞系统中会出现颤振而引发的粘滑现象,通过设计具有一定弹刚性的结构件,建立单自由度碰撞模型,并引入Duffing单边碰撞系统的颤振分析,通过提取系统的结构参数,利用Simulink进行动力学仿真。通过力传感器、米依激光测位移传感器对结构件进行碰撞实验。测试碰撞的全过程,得到刚性件在碰撞过程中可以转化为稳定的输出位移,实验中滑块在1Hz冲击力频率下可以得到0.03mm/s的稳定位移输出,可以将碰撞视为一种可以有效利用的驱动方式。
        The stick-slip phenomenon caused by flutter in the collision system is studied in this paper.A single-degreeof-freedom collision model is established by designing structural parts with certain elastic rigidity in this paper.The flutter analysis of Duffing single-side collision system is introduced.The structural parameters of the system are extracted and the dynamic simulation is carried out by using Simulink.The collision experiment of structural parts is carried out by force sensor and Mie laser displacement sensor.By testing the whole process of collision,the rigid parts can be transformed into stable output displacement in the collision process.In the experiment,the slider can get stable output displacement of 0.03 mm/s at 1 Hz impact frequency.The collision can be regarded as an effective driving mode.
