植物激素调控果实色泽形成的分子机制研究进展

摘要
果实色泽是评价水果品质的重要指标,在果实成熟过程中主要色素物质变化包括花色苷与类胡萝卜素的合成,叶绿素的降解等。本综述分别介绍了植物激素对这三种途径的调控机理研究进展。主要内容:(1)植物激素通过与MYB、bHLH类转录因子结合促进或抑制花色苷合成关键基因的表达;(2)植物激素通过激活成熟衰老相关基因调控类胡萝卜素的合成以及叶绿素的降解,相关研究集中在乙烯与脱落酸上;(3)植物激素交互影响对果实色泽的调控作用是动态变化的,其中起主导作用的激素是应该被明确的。因此,本综述查阅国内外相关研究,总结了近年来植物激素影响果实色泽发育的分子机理研究概况,为后续研究提供参考。
        Fruit color is a significant index for evaluating fruit quality. The changes of main pigments during fruit ripening include the synthesis of anthocyanins and carotenoids, chlorophyll degradation and so on. In this paper,the regulation mechanism of phytohormones on these three pathways was introduced. Main contents:(1) Plant hormones promote or inhibit the expression of key genes in anthocyanin biosynthesis by binding with MYB and bHLH transcription factors;(2) Plant hormones regulate the synthesis of carotenoids and chlorophyll degradation by activating mature and senescence-related genes, and related research focuses on ethylene and abscisic acid;(3)The interaction of plant hormones on the color of the fruit is dynamically changed, and the hormones that play a leading role should be clarified. Therefore, this article summarizes the relevant researches at home and abroad,summarizes the advances of the molecular mechanisms of the influence of phytohormones on fruit color development in recent years, and provides a reference for subsequent research.
