摘要
高抗滑性是冬季轮胎安全使用的重要性能,冰雪路面轮胎橡胶的摩擦特性及抗滑机理是目前的研究热点.现有研究主要是通过胎面材料改性及花纹设计来提高轮胎冰雪路面的抗滑性,冬季轮胎使用时经常会出现起动打滑、制动距离大、转弯侧滑等问题.通过车辆轮胎胎面的配方及制备工艺设计、物理机械性能台架测试、冰雪路面抗滑实车测试等方法,获得了车辆轮胎冰雪路面摩擦特性与橡胶材料物理机械性能的相互影响规律,进一步验证了车辆轮胎在压实冰面及压实雪面工况下的摩擦特性与垂直载荷、车速、胎面硬度、静摩擦系数、外界环境温度等因素有关.
        High anti-slide property is one important performance for the safe use of tire in winter,and the friction characteristics and anti-sliding mechanism of ice-snow road tire rubber are the current research hotspots..The existing research mainly aims at improving the skid resistance of the ice-snow road surface of tires through the modification of tread materials and the design of patterns.In this paper,the interaction between the friction characteristics of vehicle tires on ice,snow roads and the physical,mechanical properties of rubber materials was obtained,through the formulation and preparation process design of vehicle tire tread,physical and mechanical performance bench test,ice and snow road anti-skid real vehicle test and other methods.It is further verified that the friction characteristics of vehicle tires under the conditions of compacted ice surface and compacted snow surface are related to factors such as vertical load,vehicle speed,tread hardness,static friction coefficient,ambient temperature,etc.
