人工气胸下胸腔镜在胸腺瘤切除术中的应用

摘要
选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院胸外科胸腺瘤患者60例,随机分为人工气胸组(n=30,人工气胸下胸腔镜手术)、对照组(n=30,常规胸腔镜手术)。比较2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后带管时间、术后住院时间、术后第1、3、7天VAS评分及术后并发症等指标。结果显示,人工气胸组手术时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组(均P <0.05),而术后带管时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症与对照组比较无统计学差异(均P> 0.05);人工气胸组术后第1、3天VAS评分小于对照组(均P <0.05),而术后第7天与对照组比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。因此认为人工气胸下胸腔镜手术切除胸腺瘤安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
