摘要
为了检验项目成员心理工作幸福感对知识共享的作用关系,在文献研究的基础上,构建了项目成员心理工作幸福感对知识共享的影响机制理论模型,开发了项目成员心理工作幸福感和知识共享的测量量表,通过在全国范围内开展问卷调查,利用验证性因子分析与SEM分析方法进行实证研究。研究结果表明:除工作胜任感外,人际关系、工作旺盛感、工作认可感和工作投入度对显性知识共享和隐性知识共享均能起到显著的正向影响作用。因此,各类工程管理组织可以通过提升项目成员的心理工作幸福感来有效促进项目成员间的知识共享。
        In order to test the influence relationship about project members' psychological well-being at work on knowledge sharing,a theoretical influence mechanism model about project members' psychological well-being on knowledge sharing was constructed on the basis of literature research,and the measurements of psychological well-being and knowledge sharing about project members were developed respectively. Via a nationwide questionnaire survey,the empirical research was conducted using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM) analysis methods. Research results show that,except feeling of competency at work,interpersonal relationship at work,enthusiasm for work,perceived recognition at work and desire for involvement at work can significantly influence both explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing. Therefore,various project management organizations can effectively promote knowledge sharing among project members through improving project members' psychological well-being at work.
