关于构建新时代高校党外知识分子立德树人机制的思考

摘要
高校是党外知识分子聚集的地方,是党外人才的摇篮,更是党外代表人士的重要来源。他们学历层次高,思想活跃,政治参与意识强,但也存在政治文化选择偏重实用化、价值取向多元化,政治理论水平有待提高的问题。因此,必须积极引导高校党外知识分子准确把握立德树人的科学内涵,牢记立德树人的初心与使命,努力构建新时代高校党外知识分子立德树人机制,团结引导广大党外知识分子积极投身中国特色社会主义建设,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦进程中作出新的更大贡献。
Universities are the gathering place of non-party intellectuals, the cradle of non-party talents, and moreover,the important source of non-party representatives. They have high educational level, active thoughts and strong consciousness of political participation, but there are still some problems such as pragmastism existing in political and cultural choice, diversification of value orientation as well as the insufficient level of political theory. Therefore, it is necessary to actively guide the non-party university intellectuals to grasp the scientific connotation of morality strengthening and people cutivating and to keep in mind the initial heart and mission of morality strengthening and people cutivating, striving to establish the mechanism of morality strengthening and people cutivating for the non-partyuniversity intellectuals in the new era. We must unite and guide the vast numbers of non-Party intellectuals to actively join in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to make new and greater contributions in the process to realize Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation.
