基于物流视角的智慧农村信息平台构建

摘要
信息时代下,乡村振兴需要借助物流信息技术发展智慧农村。智慧农村是基于物联网技术的现代化新农村建设,以实现农村生活现代化、科技化、智能化为目标,建立适用于农民的智能生活价值体系。在智慧农村的建设中,信息平台的构建是关键环节。本文基于物流视角,分析智慧农村信息平台的建设意义,寻求建设智慧农村信息平台的路径与发展对策。针对智慧农村的认知和实践不足、基础建设差、缺少平台整合资源等问题,提出了发展建议,并从智能农业、物流电商、电子政务、生活服务四个模块具体设计了智慧农村信息平台的基本架构,期望通过物流、信息流和商流的整合实现乡村振兴。
During the information age,rural revitalization needs to develop intelligent rural areas with the help of logistics information technology.Intelligent rural area is a modern new rural construction based on the Internet of logistic technology with the goal of realizing the modernization,technology,and intelligence of rural life and establishing an intelligent life value system that is suitable for farmers.In the construction of intelligent rural area,the construction of information platform is the key link.Based on the perspective of logistics,this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of intelligent rural information platform,and seeks the path and development countermeasure of building intelligent rural information platform.Aiming at the problems of insufficient cognition and practice,poor foundation construction and lack of platform integration resources in intelligent rural area,this paper puts forward some suggestions for development and designs the basic structure of intelligent rural information platform from four modules of intelligent agriculture,logistics e-commerce,e-government and life service with the hope of realizing rural revitalization through the integration of logistics,information flow and business flow.
