摘要
我国工业化和城市化发展过程中,工程建设和居民生活会产生大量废弃物,目前废弃物运输主要是利用专门设计或改装的汽车,其与铁路联合运输废弃物相比存在消耗大、效率低等问题,为减少运输过程中的碳排放,推进铁路联合运输,以杭州货运中心为例,在分析铁路联合运输废弃物现状的基础上,结合联合运输废弃物中存在的主要问题,提出提高废弃物收运效率、加强废弃物处理产业融合、推进绿色班列开行的建议,从而推动铁路联合运输废弃物运输成为铁路货物运输的重要组成部分。
        The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has produced a large amount of construction and household waste in China, which is mainly transported by tailor-made or modified automobiles at present. Compared with trains for intermodal transportation, these autos are usually high in energy-consumption with low efficiency. To reduce carbon emissions by promoting intensive utilization of railway intermodal transportation, this paper takes Hangzhou Freight Center as its research objective to study its recent development of railway intermodal transportation of waste focusing on the exiting problems. To make railway intermodal transportation of waste an important part in railway freight, this paper puts forward the development strategies: increasing the efficiency of pickup and transportation, enhancing integration with the waste disposal industry and accelerating running green block trains.
