BIM技术在建设工程质量管控中的研究与应用

摘要
该文针对传统建设工程质量监督模式中存在的弊端,分析目前建设工程质量监督中BIM技术的应用情况,通过运用BIM技术对重庆綦江城市交通综合体三标段项目的质量监督管理,着重阐述了如何运用BIM技术对工程质量进行监督,提出基于BIM技术下的质量管控实施政策建议。
This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the quality supervision of construction engineering in view of the shortcomings in the quality supervision mode of traditional construction engineering. Through the use of BIM technology, the quality of the 3rd-section project of the urban transport complex of Qijiang in Chongqing is supervised and managed, stressing particularly how to use BIM technology to supervise the project quality, and proposing policy recommendations for quality control based on BIM technology.
