现代学徒制在高职国际邮轮乘务管理专业人才培养中的实践

摘要
国际邮轮乘务管理专业适合采用现代学徒制人才培养模式。湖北科技职业学院国际邮轮乘务管理专业在现代学徒制人才培养实施中做到了产教高度融合,即校企联合择优招生,双方共同打造教学团队、协同创新人才培养模式、共建课程体系与教学资源库、协同规范教学管理,最大限度发挥了企业、学校双主体育人优势,本专业学生的综合职业能力得到稳步提升,学生的就业率和就业质量大幅度提高。
The modern apprenticeship personnel training is suitable for the international cruise crew management specialty. The international cruise crew management specialty in the Hubei Vocational College of Science and Technology has actively achieved a high degree of industry-education integration in talents cultivation of modern apprenticeship, which embodies in that the university and the enterprise cooperate to recruit students on a selective basis, build a teaching team, innovate the personnel training mode, build the curriculum system and teaching resource database, and standardize the teaching management. It is important to give full play to the dualsubject educational advantages of enterprises and schools, steadily improve students' comprehensive vocational ability, and greatly enhance employment ability and rate of students.
